I'm 6'0/205lbs 9% bf. I could see myself reaching the 7% bf mark and 200 lbs in less than a year.

I have no problem believing that someone who dedicates himself to bodybuilding can reach 5'10/200lbs shredded and natty. 210 will be harder and will take at least 10 years of good training natty.

This. And Martin berkhans formula was based on competition ready people (peeled to the bone and dehydrated). Theres a HUGE difference in being sub 10% with water in your system and sub 10% COMPLETLEY peeled and ready to step on stage. One of the reasons I dont cut down under 9-10% is because I look like a fuqing skeleton.. And im over 225 lbs in the off season (with 4 pack)

This isnt the problem. If you use gear then thats fine. I have no issues with creatine or using if. If you cycle you should just say "no I don't" and leave it at that. However Panda and certain guys in this VERY thread with "gear stats"(you know who you are) that go out of the way their way to lie is beyond me. They even DEBATE about being natty when they know they ****ing arent. Just say no and go about your business for legal reasons. lol judging by weight is pretty irrelative. i.e: Being 200 lbs shredded at 5'10 is impossible. Some people have heavy phucking bones, others have light bones which allows them to look bigger at a lower weight.

Not saying that ulisses is natural (He isn't) but 99,9% of the people ITT can't achieve the physique he has no matter what juice they are on. I mean seriously, look at the phucker when he was 15:
