    Favorite snacks during cutting / bulking?

    Hey guys, just curious as to what others enjoy snacking on while cutting, and while bulking.

    As for mine;

    Cutting - 2 Packets of Quaker oatmeal with 1/2 to a full scoop of chocolate whey protein for added flavor and nutrients. Also, rice cakes.
    Bulking - Peanut butter, almonds, and Natures Valley pure granola.

    I do like yogurt, never thought about mixing it with special K though.. that sounds delicious and I'll add that to list of foods to try out.
    Thanks for the post!

    I don't really "snack", but I enjoy pretzel sticks, oats, greek yogurt, eggs, grainy breads (gluten free, dat bloat), cheeses, nuts, pop tarts, veggies, milk, apples (in season only, from local orchard), granola bars, jerky, etc.

    Any food that does not contain glycerides, hydrogenated oil, highly process, or pure sugar is fine in my books if micro nutrients have been covered before hand.

    I love pop tarts, but since I've been a recreational body builder, I feel like they are horrible for image. Is this false?

    I try to stay away from snacking while cutting. I tend to over eat

    I really enjoy the sugar free jello. Taste freaking great and it's guilt free!

    But I also enjoy rice cakes with peanut butter spread along with some sugar free or low sugar jam.

    Yes. They are perfectly fine if your fructose intake does not exceed 50g daily, you consume plenty of various vegetables, fiber intake, and avoid glycerides and hydrogenated oils.

    Of course the things I listed ^ are fine in moderation, but moderation is a loose term that many people have different definitions of. Ie. I eat 2 pop tarts some days and it is perfectly healthy.
