And with long term I mean 3-4 months of dieting in deficit which is fairly long time for me considering that I can only do it for a week and start eating without order again.
I make myself diet lists on this site, do it for 1-2 weeks but it just snaps after that point, may call it lack in will but we all need motivation of sorts.
So what I'm looking for are some sort of tips that you can give to make a diet last longer, I know I'm gonna need a stronger will but there must be some stuff people do in their diets to keep em going.
One thing I know is I cant cheat, once I do a cheat meal my diet is gone, I eat like that for rest of the week.
Thanks in advance

Willpower+planning = win!
Gotta prep food in advance if you always end up caving when eating out or whatever. I make extra food each night at dinner and eat the extra for lunch! I know from experience if I leave for work and I don't have my lunchbox I have a 99% of eating mucho calories from some crappy take out place.Rangers Lead The Way!
