So I have searched for what equipment everyone has in the kitchen to help make nutrition easier, and since nutrition seems to be the hardest part of a great body I feel that it is time to have at least a place for people to look and see what others are using in there kitchen to help the constant battle with nutrition.
so post what kind of Kitchen essentials you have and what you primarily use them for.
1.Rice Cooker- everyone should have a rice cooker. its easy to set up and you do not have to worry about burning the rice.
2. GeorgeForeman Grill- I post this because it is getting to the winter months and grilling in freezing temps is never a fun experience. I use my GeorgeForeman to grill fish, etc.... and it helps cut some of the fat.
3. Wusthof Knives-(any good set of knives) You must have a great set of knives. No matter what I cook, at some point I am using a knife to trim fat, portion meals out for the week to come, or at the most I'm always cutting fruit.
I have only listed a few things but we all know there are a million other Kitchen essentials that make nutrition that much easier. so post up!

Essentials? Non, but both of the items below are highly recommended (especially the refrigerator!).
I believe you should keep your fridge/refrigerator stocked with plenty of veggies, some dairy, and meats/fish/eggs.
They will help a lot if your tracking but by no means a must.
As for utilities, whatever suits your personal preferences and needs.
This.

Kitchen Non-Essentials that will make your life easier/cooler:
2-3 cutting boards, wood, thick, quality-made, do not put them in the dishwasher
I own about 20 knives, but usually only use 4 of them regularly: 10-inch chef, 7-inch santoku, 6-inch boning, 3-inch paring. The only real expensive one should be the chef's knife.
Magnetic knife board that sticks to the wall to hold up your knives - Bishes love this
China Cap + Chinois combo, for straining sauces and pulp from homemade juice
Black steel ridged panini/grill pan, better than GF grill, portable without the need for power, gets hotter, grill marks, lid is heavier
All-clad stainless steel cookware, particularly the 10-inch saute pan. Wall-mounted pot rack to hold it all up. Lasts forever, lifetime warranty, best of the best
Nonstick Omelet/Crepe pan, has a variety of other uses other than eggs/crepes
Burr coffee grinder strictly for coffee beans - Blade Krups coffee grinder for whole spices... never use water on these things or they rust and crap out on you
Electric slow-cooker, if you're lazy... you can make a DYI setup with a pot instead
Pressure cooker, if you're aware
French press, for superior coffee
6" Stone mortar and pestle for salsas, guac, crushing garlic, making aiolis, etc
Digital scale and thermometer
Lock n' Lock glass food storage containers (Amazon it)
No rice cooker needed. I make great rice in a small pot and my Filipino friends who use rice cookers are always baffled by how good it is. Plus, I don't eat enough rice to justify this purchase anyway.

One word--Calphalon.
No brain, no gain.
"The fitness and nutrition world is a breeding ground for obsessive-compulsive behavior. The irony is that many of the things people worry about have no impact on results either way, and therefore aren't worth an ounce of concern."--Alan Aragon
Where the mind goes, the body follows.
