And OP,
You likely did not ruin 5 weeks of cutting. That 10lb gain is likely just a lot of water retention from the sodium. You would have had to binged pretty hard to even gain 2 lbs of fat back.
Every time I eat Chinese food, I gain 4-5lbs the next day from the sodium, and lose it all in a few days.
