    9kg mucle gain in 1yr?

    so.. is it the 9 kg of muscle gain in 1 year good result? or i could do it better? (without supplements whatsoever)

    highly doubt you gained 9kg's in 1 year tbh. unless this is your first year lifting and your program and diet was/is really in check, then doubt it.

    If he was a walking stick before he started, he might have gained 20 pounds of muscle. Puberty is a factor as Well.

    Genetics definitely play a role. Just do a lot of research and make sure your diet and exercise are both excellent. I gained 27lbs of muscle in my first year of lifting. But I think I have good genetics to thank for that as well as good diet and exercise.

    For a first year of training I think it's good, I gained approximately same going from 70 to 80kgs in a year, 15 to 16 years old.
