how do you temporarily get rid of gyno(puffy nipples)? besides cold water. Like if you want to go to the beach or something. Is there some kind of cream you can apply?

thats the thing, since my body looks ripped and I am not fat at all, the nipples really show. Its like everything is nice and tight and then the nipples just stick out there.
If I was fat then the nipples wouldnt be as noticeable because everything is fat.

Gyno
If your gyno is mild, it will probably go away by cutting down to 3% BF. If not, try some cutting gel.
Extreme measures: the ingredient in cutting gel can be injected, or get liposuction or surgical removal of fat right under the nipples. I think I heard that injections are about $500 to $1000, the cosmetic surgeries are like $3000 for each side.

I had surgery done for 1800. And a lot of people will try to tell you to lose fat to make them go away, but that doesn;'t work for true gyno, which is lumps under the nipples. Have your doctor recommend a plastic surgeon and start saving your money.Thrash Metal

RE
If you dont have much fat on your body..but you have this "gyno" it is most likely not fat..but Mammary tissue due to estrogen influxes JUST LIKE the guy a few posts above me stated..
Because of Gyno i started working out..because i was under the impression it was fat...and fat can be burned away...through dieting and excersising...But this was not the case...The best thing to do is go to a doctor...and he can have it surgically removed...Most insurances will cover it, if the surgery is stated in a certain way...I heard one guys insurance completely covered it, because his doctor wrote "Removal of breast masses" that way it didn't sound too cosmetic.
P.S: It usually doesnt' go away...Most people say when you grow older and your hormones balance out..it will just disappear...this is true for a small percentage.

But, if you can get to 3% and lose that nipple fat, you just proved something. It ain't true gyno.
If you still have lumps under your nipples, even with extremely low BF, you should wait until your mid-teens, just in case it goes away on its own. Then, if it's still there, surgery is your only option.

RE
If you had it for a while, then it will most likely not go away, its usually rare that it goes away naturally, due to puberty, so you will most likely have to get surgery, by the way, this Gyno is not fat, at all...Do not be mistaken....I thought mine was fat, so that is why i started workin out, but it did not go away, then I did research on it, talked with doctors, and it is not fat, so surgery, medication or injections are the only way to go. I heard Clomid and Nolvadex work, but i havent done any research on them...so I wouldnt know. Later, Good luck,
p.s:I know its embarrasing.all that hard work and ur ashamed to show it off, its pretty lame
