peak of my bulk at 200lbsish I got 280b 400s and 500d
maxed out last week weighing about 180 (lots of water weight)
250b/375s/475d
not too happy with it but whatever

hopped on creatine and dirty bulked it hard as fukkkk lel and yeah ill get some pics as soon as I get a smartphone and my weight measurement was at the end of the day on a full stomach lol highest reading I got was 209 now im about 180 morning weight again
prolly gonna cut to 11% bf so get down to about 170ish then bulk back to 200lbs

when im at home, lots of bagels with some sort of cheese, ground beef with taco seasoning + tortilla chips, the staple chicken breast, swiss rolls, peanut butter, whole milk, protons, eggs + cheese, greek yogurt.
when im at work, Pasta Carbonara with chicken (2300 cal), Crusted Chicken Romano with pasta (1700 cal), mac n cheese burger (not sure on the cal), brioche breakfast sandwhich (1600, eggs, ham, bacon, cheese, mayo, all on toast), and various types of cheesecake (basically whatever we cant sell due to being broken or too small).
definitely a good job for bulking lol220/280/440
