Stories like this really make me like the handful of companies I buy from even MORE because they're never involved in sketchy crap like this.

I'd argue it's market share, name recognition, etc. Case in point, generic vs brand name drugs. Only need to look at the profits of big pharmacy to see they are having no problem making money while spending tons on research. Sure regulations will increase price, but not as drastically as some think or as much as companies claim.

Agree but the burden of proof lies on the government and not on the supplement company. What people are asking for is the reverse, having supplement companies proof their products are safe and effective. Currently they have to do neither and if they are forced to do so, prices will go up and profits will go down.

No, I understood what you meant. I was just stating that even with regulation, it doesn't guarantee companies will obey the rules. I'm simply an advocate in hopes that it will clean up the industry, even if it is miniscule. At this point, something has to be better than nothing, right?
It seems like every time you sign into the forums there is a new thread about another company who has used an 'experimental' ingredient in their product. It's ridiculous.Last edited by HeavenBeyond; 11-18-2013 at 10:36 PM.

I should have said PEA instead. But still, its effects are great. The mood enhancement makes the gym sessions much more enjoyable.
However, I'll be following this closely. I don't have an habit, I've already cycled it for long periods. If somebody proves it can be harmful in the long run, I'll just move on.
