Its wrong to count calories weekly? Or for periods longer than 1 day? I mean, why do we have to rely on a daily basis counting and not for example, a full two days?I'm asking because, for example on a monday, on a cutting diet, if something happens and the person eats more than he/she should, and then on Tuesday he/she can compensate for this extra intake by eating less or it does not make sense?

Add up weekly cals and divide by 7. This is the only way to get a true "daily" reading if you're trying to figure your intake for dieting purposes. No body ever eats the same everyday so when someone says they eat X cals and can't lose fat it's usually because they cherry pick 1 or 2 days a week that they're eating X cals and don't figure in weekend fun.
If you don't get what you want you didn't want it bad enough
