Appreciate the shoutout.
@OP
There is no "best whey"
There are some that taste better than others. Some that have added goodies.
Nitro-Tech has added creatine, So vs a whey shake it would have added benefits.
Other good ones would be
Cellucor, VPX, ON, etcKick.com/beetoxic

Chase nailed it, there is no best protein. it comes down to
Brand Loyalty
Overall taste on the individual
Cost Effective
This again will vary from person to person and nobody has the same taste buds, with that said I really appreciate the cellucor support in here but lets also give some credit to some other companies out there like:
Controlled labs
Scivation
MTS
and the awaited PES protein coming soon.
All of these are amazing choices like listed above and you can not go wrong with them OP
if you want to wait a few days you will also see cellucor stocking our new Cor-Fetti Cake Batter in the store

Whatever protein you like the best taste, price and macros to fit into what your looking for.
My favorites are:
XF UP
I Force Protean
Giant Sports
Magnum Quattro
And of course RCSS Pro-Antium. FYI - Pro Antium does have some creatine in just so you know.
If you want some samples, PM me your full name & shipping address.Last edited by Free Weight Friedel; 11-15-2013 at 09:14 AM.

If you aren't opposed to using a blend protein vrs a whey protein, take a look at Big Blend. White Chocolate is delicious and it's low calorie/low carbs.

Other than the T/G that probably constitutes a few grams of protein, what makes "not even close". I like some other proteins much more than Phase 8 and I think including T/G in the protein count is a shady business practice but in reality what extra benefits would you receive from something like titanium whey? Does anyone believe it's going to make a difference in gains? I have given MT a hard time on this issue in the past mainly because of principle but to say that it's so much inferior is really reaching.

In before anything Optimum is overpriced and useless
I do use Optimum GS 100% Whey and have tried HydroWhey. Also if you're looking for additives, HydroBuilder by ON. Quality product, people just b!tch about it because it's more expensive and a "name brand" product. Also, Universal is top quality. I'd avoid MuscleMilk though....I don't want to get you drunk, but, ah, that's a very fine Chardonnay you're not drinking.
