Brah you know anything about the LG G2? Seems like the Nexus 5+ only down side being the custom LG android OS which reviews seem to say enhances some peoples experiences and detracts from others...

Had a play about with one, not for me though. You may like the skin it has and the little features but i prefer a very light OS and i do what i want myself. No doubt about it though if you get one you'll be getting arguably one of, if not the best smartphone currently

I went from HTC One to G2 and I love this phone. I keep trying to turn my other phones by tapping on the screen haha.
As for the software the customisation they've included are quite extensive and you can turn off anything you don't want and pick the ones you like.

I personally like the ability to change the soft button layout as well as the colour and little things like floating apps.
For example when someone calls you, instead of hijacking your entire screen suddenly a little balloon appears on top displaying the caller with answer/reject/sms buttons.

The phone blazes through everything and the best part is that this thing has a monstrous battery life and excellent camera. Both of which are quite poor on Nexus 5.

Been using it for IMs. Its real time on phone, pc or tablet. I'm not using it for SMS though. I dont want my them mixed up with my IMs.

Is anyone testing a TW 4.3 on their Note 2? I'm on Sky Note 4.3 and enjoying my phone like a Note 3 but my problem with this ROM is the battery.

I only get like 12-15 hrs life with about 3 hrs on screen. Its like half of what I get when I was on AOSP. Its just hard to give up the S-pen features again. Also that Air View/Command is cool.

I wanna try other TW 4.3 with better battery usage.

if I drag and dropped a movie to my note 3, how exactly would I watch it? I haven't added a movie yet but I assume it's the movie player built in by samsung? When I went to click it just to check it out it was askingme to create an account .

What file type is the movie? What app are you trying to use to view and open it? Its should open straight when you view it from gallery or My Files or any file manager apps.

I don't know about the built in samsing app, I use MX Player and it plays every type of movie file flawlessly.

Also, how are you guys getting such long battery lives out of your notes? After just 30 minutes of screen time went from 100% down to 93. I'm coming from an iPhone so I'm just curious.

I will say though, during those 30 minutes I was constantly playing with my apps and setting or checking apps. I'm sure that has something to do with it

I have air and voice command closed. And no push notifications from social media, the only thing I get "pushed" is the weather once every 3 hours.

Also i don't use auto screen brightness, since it always seems so dark. I have it probably about 1/3rd of the way. Thanks for all the help. I'll get the hang of android soon!
