Also, I literally pay ~ $30 / month with Project Fi. Will never go back to a standard carrier as long as I have a Nexus.

Newest version of Chrome, I lost the ability to long press an image and copy the image address. Anyone else notice this? The option just isn't there.

Sorry, just now seeing this. Project Fi is Google's wireless service available only on Nexus 5X, 6, and 6P.

It's something like $20/month for unlimited texts and calling, then an additional $10/gb of data. Since the carrier heavily relies on you using Wifi over data all the time, I save way more than all other carriers by using Wifi instead of LTE. Plus, they refund you for the data you don't use. So if you sign up for 2GB/month, but only use 1GB, they'll prorate your bill and you'll pay less.

My entire wireless bill for January was $27.

Wait, Android 4.4? I wonder if there's a difference in functionality between Chome on Android versions. I'm in 6.0.1

The Nexus 6P looks juicy, except, I don't think I am down with the 810 processor. Here too much bad news about it.


Still waiting for my GS4 to break, was going strong until 5.0.1 dropped, and ruined it.

fwiw, I've had absolutely zero problems with the processor. I've really had zero problems with the phone at all.

Latest version (for dev) should be 49.0.2623.27

Edit: I guess that doesnt really matter. It should automatically download the latest version if you're getting if from the Play store.

Ha! So I am--it was just weird because the released version had a 4.2, beta 4.3 and dev 4.4--so I assumed versions. I'm such a dolt

At any rate, the latest dev build for me didn't have the copy image address attribute. When I rolled the released version back to factory (s6 edge), it worked again. Re-updated and it's gone

I would highly recommend it. The combo of Nexus 6P and Project Fi has been the best wireless situation ever for me.
Also, Fi uses both T-Mobile and Sprint's network simultaneously, connecting to whichever gives you the best service at the time. My service has been just as good, if not sometimes better, than it's been with Verizon and T-Mo in the past.

I found a version 47 apk that I installed and has all of the context menus back. I guess I'll be stuck on this version for awhile

Anyone with a 6P do the Feb security update? I downloaded the factory image and used the flash.bat with the -w flag removed. Now when I boot I'm not asked for my encryption password. When I look at the TWRP start logs it shows that it is using a default password to disable encryption... It seems that the update reset my encryption password to a default password...wtf

Have Note 3, 4 this. Had Note 5 for couple days. I never used the pen thingy. So I took it back and got the Galaxy s6 Edge Plus 64gb in gold platinum. Love the display.

False alarm here. Before flashing I granted accessibility permissions to an app which, unknown to me, disables the ability to require a password on boot. Lesson learned.
