    accounts Nutrition log

    Long time lifter here just starting to apply some nutrition knowledge I've picked up the last few years. A torn shoulder seems to be all healed and I'm ready to give this a shot. I've followed my macros for a few weeks now and I'm ready to put this out here mostly to keep track for myself, but also for advice and motivation.

    When I calculated my macros I set them for a small deficit so I am shooting for 70g fat, 244g carb and 165g protein. My current plan to try to maintain my current lifts while losing a bit of weight. Once my weight levels out I plan to adjust my macros accordingly. My goals for this week were to reach my macros each day and add more variety to my carb sources.


    It is my first week so I'll include some key lifts to reflect upon when I change my routine. My workout is a modified version of Tom Mutaffis 3 day split with core work and cardio on Tues and Thurs. The cardio isn't for weight loss (so I don't wanna hear it) but more because I enjoy it and its some of the only quiet time away from my girlfriend besides work.

    Bench Press 235 6 6 5
    Milt DB 65 6 6 6

    Todays primary macro sources
    Fat - Eggs, Peanut Butter, Ice Cream
    Carb - Flour Tortilla, Pasta, Brown Rice
    Protein - Egg, Whey, Chicken, Tuna, Pasta (this brand has 11g a serving)

    I included a generic picture of a few meals prepared in advance. The picture was taken a little while ago today.
