I just received the data from my dexa scan. It says that I am currently 25% body fat. With a lean body mass of 157.2 I have attached the results and where I started bulking from( at 160) and where I started cutting from (220) to now at 209. In my current photo do I really look like I'm 25%? I'm not disputing the results. Im just interested hear others opinions. Also on the page that shows fat distribution what is the difference between gynoid and android fat?

You do look a little less than 25%. More like 20-22%. It could just be that you wear your fat very well too, very even. How much is a dexa scan?

Thanks for the input. I lucked out and didn't have to pay for it. Im participating in a study for the kinesiology department at my university so it's apart of the process. From what I've herd, they cost around $100-150. Although, I could be totally wrong.
