I did Dorian Yates back day http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/dori...ood-guts-2.htm yesterday, and my traps and triceps are sore; not my back!
None of those (other than the pull overs) lifts work tricep as a secondary muscle, and none of them (except the rows) work traps, yet I'm actually pretty damn sore in those two areas, with very minimal back soreness.
Anyone know what's up?

It's not uncommon to experience soreness in your traps and triceps after a back day workout. This is because these muscles are involved in exercises like pull-ups, rows, and lat pulldowns which target the back muscles but also require engagement from other muscle groups like the traps and triceps.
It's also possible that you may have overworked these muscles inadvertently while trying to compensate for weaker back muscles. To alleviate the soreness, try stretching these muscles after your workouts, using a foam roller to massage them, or taking a break from working out those specific muscle groups for a few days until they recover.
