I thought for bench proper form had to have your butt on the bench at all times. I mean no doubt still pretty strong but her butt does not touch the bench like at all.

I'm not sure who I am disgusted with more in this thread.
The people who don't have a clue about how powerlifters max their bench press (arching like a mother****er) and calling it bad form
or the people who are defending it and acting like the girl in the vid is superhuman for being able to do a 3 inch bench press. Sure it's impressive for a 13 year old girl to be able to do that for even one inch.

Eh, would be more impressed if she didn't use that form. More than I could even touch at that age though, probably couldn't even of done 135 at 13 with that form. Props

A lot of people like to bitch on her form. I've seen this video a long time ago and a powerlifter explained me that from a powerlifting view, her form is perfect.
Her butt doesnt move and the bar goes as low as possible with her back arched and as high as possible. I'm not a powerlifter so I cant really comment but I just felt like sharing. And if your little jo who think he's an expert in powerlifting because you have been doing it for 2-3 years, then stfu because you prob know nothing.
I wonder what would be the reaction if this was posted in the powerlifting section.
