Hey guys I just started taking Anabolic Freak:
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/ph...lic-freak.html
It has 50mg resveratrol per day for anti estrogen effects but I was wondering if this alone is powerful enough to counter the estrogen boost of DAA or if I should add something else like DIM or another anti-e product. Cheers!

Depending on your test levels, new studies are pointing to DAA being useless to people who have average or high test levels, only helping those with lower test levels. Just an fyi. But I think you should be fine to answer your question. Most people either aren't aware of the estrogen boost, or don't take anything for anti-estrogen so I wouldn't be too worried. You won't be growing a pair of C cups anytime soon.

If you're really worried about it there's an anti-estrogen section in the store: http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/anti-estrogen.htm

If you're only 18 you really should not be messing with supplements meant to manipulate hormones at all. Wait a few years.
Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.

Sore joints and skin dryness can happen from blocking your estrogen for too long. The numbness and "shrinkage" I've never heard of coming from a natty test boost..
I've taken Cellucors P6 about 5 times in the past 16 months and the only "negative" side effect was a little more joint soreness which like I said just comes from lower estrogen.2014 USAPL Nationals

Test boosters can't increase you T levels above what they naturally are able to produce. If they did then they would be synthetic enzymes such as steroids or pro hormones. Therefor there is not a need for estrogen blockers with it. Your T levels can't raise high enough fast enough or lower quick enough to be out of sync with your estrogen levels.

Hey OP. I agree with many here. If you are only 18, your hormones have not even peaked yet. At the same time, I have also had some friends of mine score low testosterone at age 18 and remained low into their 20s (as an actual problem). If this is the case with you, based on your blood tests, then a natural test product makes sense.
In terms of anti-estrogen, the resveratrol ingredient is very effective. If blood tests come back and you need to further suppress estrogen, then I'd recommend Acacetin (with clinical backing for anti-estrogen effects) OR Diindolylmethane (DIM). Acacetin will work to decrease estrogen production, and DIM will work to regulate your hormones and supply the body with more beneficial estrogen metabolites, and less of the non-beneficial metabolites.
Again, you should be fine with the resveratrol in that test booster (Test Freak), BUT should you seek lower estrogen then the above ingredients will really help you out.
Hopefully this helps a bit...Paul Almeida
