Hi guys this is my first log/review so you'll have to excuse the fact that its not as great as some of the others in this forum. A little background on me...Right now I am 6'2" and am weighing in at 139. I know I am way too light. Thats why I am on this bulking program. I have been bulking now for 3 weeks and have decided to add GG to my current stack to maximize my gains and pumps. At the start of my bulking my diet was all jacked up but now I have that under control so I thought that this would be a good time to do a log. After this, assuming that this log goes well, I hope to do more in the future.

Day 1
Today is my first day on GG. After reading the bottle and asking some of the CL reps on the forums when then best time to take this was I finally decided that I would do 2 scoops pre, 1 scoop during, and 1 scoop post. But that will come tomorrow because of the 1-2 scoop first day "loading". Today was my light cardio day so I figured that this would be a good time to let my system adjust to it so that tomorrow I could start the "real" supplementation of GG for the upper body workout. With that said I took my 2 "loading" scoops 45 pre with my creatine mix(put in mouth and chased). I felt pumped but am sure that it was just cause I get excited when im trying something new. After my workout my calves felt tighter than normal but am not sure at this point if it was from the GG or my lower body workout was still affecting me. I'll have to keep this in mind for next time I do and light cardio after upper body and see if I get the same feelings. Well I can't wait until tomorrows training and am on my way to some serious mass gains!

Today was Chest,Back,Shoulders and Bis/tris. There was no real different feeling before my workout except just the normal excitement I get when I pump myself up for a workout. I decided to use the chasing method for taking the GG and I actually like it like that and think it tastes good(i guess im weird like that). When I took the scoop during I took it right before bis(you will see where that is below) I did kinda feel a burst of energy but think that that might have just been another mental thing and not the actual GG. Overall I did have one of the best workouts that I have had in a while and was completely spent after the last set.

Soreness is just one of many POTENTIAL indicators of hypertrophy. Training with intensity + GlycerGROW will shock your system similar to when you first start training (newbie gains). It's after the initial 2 weeks (or so) that it really start to pay off big time... so stay tuned !!!

Day 3
Today was a bit of light cardio/streching with some bands. I took two scoops before with my creatine 45 min pre-workout. Then one scoop post with my protein shake. My intensity level is still up from yesterdays intense workout which I was still pumped from this morning. No new feelings other than I have been pissing a ton and have been getting some really bad gas. Both of which don't really bother me and seem to be somewhat normal from what I have hear about the product. Another thing was after my light cardio I felt some good pumps in my pecs and legs and then stretching made my whole body feel like GOLD! Stretching made a ton of difference and I will be adding it to the end of my normal workouts as well. Tomorrow is Sunday which is my off day and is also my normal measurement day. I will be posting those numbers here tomorrow morning and hopefully will reflect the way this week has gone so far. Think BIG numbers!

Day 4-Measurements
Finally after the third week of my bulk I am seeing solid results. I am up 3 pounds and have also gained in most other ares as well. It is really reassuring to be seeing results from my hard work and is making me more motivated. Now today is my off day so I will not be having a workout log until Monday where I hope I will have a great lower body day!

Todays workout, which was quads, hamstrings, and calves started out really ****ty, I was tired as hell and could not get "woken up" for some reason. So I put on the hardest metal I could find on my Ipod and cranked and it did the trick by the end of the song I was more then ready to go. Today turned out to be another good workout where in the end I could feel every muscle I worked burning. I also did the recommended stretching at the end of my lift and it felt great. As for the GG I didn't feel anything with the pre dosage but am definitely feeling some pumps and fullness from it. I am still feeling those feelings now about 2 hours later. The veins in my arms from just moving around the weights were even popping out. Definitely becoming more and more impressed with this product.

Today I did some light cadio and stretching with bands. The added stretching that I am doing feels as though it is paying off by keeping down the soreness. I took 2 scoops pre, 1 during and 1 post. I know now that I am definitely feeling something that I was not experiencing before GG. Even after my stretching and cardio I was completely pumped up to a point that I was not before I started taking this product. One thing that I'm not sure is connected is not is that I seem to have more stamina now. This could be the GG or the increase in water intake or a few other factors. Not sure but whatever it is I hope it keeps up. Tomorrow is chest and other upper body areas I cant wait since I am definitely starting to feel the effects of GG.Si vis pacem, para bellum

It is great to know that this isn't even the full effects yet and that I have more to look forward to. Good overall workout I really pushed myself and can really tell that I am gaining strength. The only downside right now is that I feel a bit bloated not sure from what but I just feel "bigger" and kinda "watery" if that makes any sense. Other than that everything else is going great!
