I need some breakfast suggestions, ladies. I've hit a plateau so I'm changing things up a bit diet and training wise. I plan on competing in about a year so I know I have a lot of work to do. Unfortunately, paying a coach isn't an option right now so I'm going to alter things myself and see what happens.
I'm going to be following the macros suggested in this article: http://www.simplyshredded.com/layne-...ting-diet.html
Macros: 175g protein, 45g fat, 99g carb.
I plan on eating four times a day in addition to a protein shake. I've divided the macros into four equal parts so it is easier to prepare meals ahead of time. My problem is coming up with meals that fit the following macros:
39g P, 23g C, 10g F
Any breakfast suggestions?
