I think I will always have to do LISS though. Out of the 5 shows I've done, 2 I did a little bit of liss and mainly HIIT for and felt like DEATH, the other 3 I did ONLY liss for, felt somewhat zombie but not too bad and looked way better. I also enjoy longer cardio too, so that's a bonus

Interesting the cardio debate is still raging, my last prep I did 2 moderate sessions and 3 HIIT sessions towards the end, the HIIT was definitely getting taxing but yielded such good results it's hard to give up.

Lots of people respond well to HIIT, it just doesn't appear to do much for me and the pain isn't worth it. Some people can't handle more than half an hour of LISS... I did 2hrs yesterday burning 1960 calories with no issues and felt fine, but if I do just 10 intervals I'm buggered and want to crawl in to a hole and die. I think whatever form of cardio you can do is going to be effective so long as you can stick it and get it done, and if you can enjoy it then all the better.
