Yeah brother. I know Devil's was just interested though so no harm done I think I will always have to do LISS though. Out of the 5 shows I've done, 2 I did a little bit of liss and mainly HIIT for and felt like DEATH, the other 3 I did ONLY liss for, felt somewhat zombie but not too bad and looked way better. I also enjoy longer cardio too, so that's a bonus
Haha hey brother! Still not near where I want it to be, I've got my eyes set on the AC 212 by 2020

Hey stranger! I hope to be down your way at some point this year... provided I can make it to nationals haha
Lots of people respond well to HIIT, it just doesn't appear to do much for me and the pain isn't worth it. Some people can't handle more than half an hour of LISS... I did 2hrs yesterday burning 1960 calories with no issues and felt fine, but if I do just 10 intervals I'm buggered and want to crawl in to a hole and die. I think whatever form of cardio you can do is going to be effective so long as you can stick it and get it done, and if you can enjoy it then all the better.

Dat quad! Dat feathering!
Nice Job! Inspiring!
I'm taking a page out of your cardio book.
I started cardio at the beginning of this prep. She approached with her hand extended,. I slowly stepped back. "No" she said. "I just want to shake your hand. You're amazingly gorgeous." As she walked by me she copped a biceps feel.
