So after many failed cuts with major ****storms during and after them I decided to go for high fat diet so I cant miss the fat amount my body needs.

On day 9 and I feel great at points, but I still have short periods of brainfog. I'm also weak as **** right now even tho I don't feel fatigued/tired. Lifts down atleast 20%, but I expected this since I went from 600g+ carbs to 5-10 carbs a day.
Current bf: 15-16%
Goal bf: 5-6-7% to train competition preps.
Start weight: 94.7kg
Current weight: 90.6kg
Supps:
Pwo, hmb, zma, whey, vitas/minerals, bcaa, creatine.
Since I started tracking weight.

Hehe that's nice. In a month or so there's a new gym opening here, "pro-gym" they call it. I asked them about how many barbells they were aiming for and got the reply: "It's a pro-gym, so lots of them!"...
Pierre Chamoun is the dude owning it and ppl told me he's been competing in mr.o and other big events. So hopefully what I so badly need right now, since I'm getting kicked out from my current ****-gym next time my grip fails in the deadlift (lol). Always shoulder wide with my feet pointing slightly outwards. My knees never fall in, i guess its cause my supersumo deads.
Its on the very top of my left quad, like if i lay down and push my leg up while its fully straight, it hurts alot. So where the middle head attaches or very close around there.
When i stretch with a barbell on my knees i clearly see that my left foot lifts from the ground much earlier then my right.If you die, you die. ( ͡◉ ͜ ʖ ͡◉) ™
