I just finished my first figure competition and now my hubby has caught the bodybuilding bug.
He wants me to help him with his nutrition, but I'm wondering how things will differ for a man (besides increased calories, of course). I was consuming about 55/35/10, protein/carbs/fats in my contest prep.
Could I please get some pointers, guys?
