No one can say one true thing about this. Its much about person so u must try it. I personally have found cardio better for morning WITH EMPTY stomach because that way my body will use fat as energy INSTEAD OF carbohydrates that has stored in my body during the day.
Then some people say that morning cardio will increase your muscle loss but again, this is very personal and personally I haven't noticed that.
What we all can agree is that wether you do cardio in the mornings or after weight training, its still better than nothing. That cardio after weight training still works and is still better than nothing but no one knows if its as efficient as morning cardio or vice versa.

eveyrbody is different, sometimes ppl would do cardio after weightlifting some ppl would do in the morning even some ppl do both. i think timing is not that matter because at the end is more like calories in vs calories out. so what does make it different if you burn 500 calories now or later.
its all personal prefrances, i personally think that cardio with empty stamoch will make me week, so i do it after my weight lifting. i think it all about mind set, but like i said its all personal prefrences and thats the beauty of it

I've wondered this a lot too. For me, what works best, is doing cardio in the mornings before I eat. I fast and then i'll go to the gym and sit on the bike / eliptical / treadmill for an hour or so and that has been the most efficient way i've lost body fat. I don't eat before I do my cardio. Then in the afternoon after stretching I'll do my weight training.
I like this method best. Hope it helps!!

Taking a scoop of whey before fasted cardio can help a bit with muscle loss. It's not really "fasted" cardio it's carb depleted cardio from your sleep.
