Hi everybody i really need help to control my cravings while I'm dieting. I eat clean everyday and I eat the same things everyday to.
Stats:
Height: 6' 0"
Weight: 190lbs
Bodyfat: 11.3%
Diet: Monday-Sunday
7:00am breakfast: 10 egg whites with 4oz chicken breast.
12:00pm lunch: 1 scoop protein with 3 rice cakes and 4oz chicken breast with 2 cups brocoli.
3:00pm-4:30pm: gym session and I will have 1 scoop protein with 1 scoop advanced creatine post workout.
6:00pm snack: 1 scoop protein with 3 rice cakes.
8:00pm dinner: 4oz chicken breast with 2 cups brocoli.
The calories come out to about 1500 calories, about 190g protein, about 150g carbs, and about 15g fat.
I weigh my food and track my calories but after a week of clean eating I will get these really intense food cravings for foods like pancakes, graham crackers, pbj sandwiches and once I think about that food I will go and eat it without stopping myself... So my question is what can I do to control my cravings and not give in to a day long binge?
Please help me out, thanks in advance.

Stop starving yourself.
Consume whole eggs.
Stop relying on so much supplementation.
Stop believing in myths such as "clean" eating.
Create a diet doesn't look like it was pulled from an issue of 'Flex' Magazine.

Okay I'll play nice.
Your diet sucks. Like really fcking sucks. You can't survive on chicken breast & broccoli, & 1500 calories would barely sustain a 6 year old. You're having cravings because you're malnourished. Your diet lacks vitamins, minerals, & fibre, & is ridiculously low in fat.

Like IIFF said, unless you have pre existing issues yea avoid, but if you dont, eat your fill, those yolks are filled with protein, fat and lots of vitamins and nutrients. You dont need to get all your protein from chicken/eggs/whey, I mean you are probably going to be spending more money overall going through all that powder.
Like an animal.Eat the damn yolk.
