Hi my body fat is 11.9 & the scales is sayin my h20 weight is 64.5 which Im guessing is high. I'm on a low carb diet as I want visable abs. Can ya tell me what my body fat should be, to see abs & how do I achieve it. Feel like I'm living on porridge in the morning, 3 egg whites with one yoke scrambled, a protein shake which brings me up to dinner about 4pm consisting of a fistful of brown rice & steak or fish. A spoon of peanut butter once or twice a day & 3 apples, plus maybe 6 or 7 cups of tea. I have a cheat meal once every 7 to 10 days. And I'm doing insanity for at least 6mths now
