So in short, forget shortcuts and sups, instead revisit/revise your diet and macros and add some cardio (and i would [others may differ]add more heavy compound to your sessions).

Unfortunately there is no supplement that will help specifically reduce belly fat better than a well structured diet. Get on track with a good diet and cardio routine and once you have that down and feel you still need a little boost to help achieve your final look..then maybe look into adding some of the above mentioned products.

Don't worry about a supplement. Focus on nutrition first of all, then lifting weights, and then add in high intensity cardio 1-2 times a week!

Yeah, for most guys...fat builds up first on the gut and hence, the last place to leave...LOL!!!!! It does for me...

But like others have said..#1 diet....is the key and some supplements may help along the way provided, again, that your diet is in check.

Men typically lose weight from the outside in, which means belly fat is the last to go. A tight diet will be your best bet and Coop's recommendations can help get you there once your diet is on lock.

Targetting belly fat specifically isn't really all that much of something anyone can accomplish. Body fat loss over your whole body will translate to a body fat loss progressively off of just your stomach.

An anti-cortisol supplement along the lines of ErgoBolic may help, but make sure your diet is in order before you spend a dime on supplements.

Echoing what most said in this thread. Here's a good thread on how to figure out how many calories you should be eating and how to distribute and plan fat loss.

When you get that down, RIPPED JUICE EX2 is awesome for energy and slight appetite suppression when you get to those really low body fat levels!

Good luck on your journey. I've been in the same place...

you either lose fat everywhere or nowhere. so yeah, diet and workout (every bodypart ^^). if you get a fat ass, belly, legs or whatever is determined by your genes and a little bit by your hormones.

I've spent most of the Summer and Fall trying to cut down to 15% body fat before I started working out with heavy weights and attempting to bulk. I was probably between 22-25% when I started. And the bulk of what I considered excessive fat was located on my belly. So I went on a caloric deficit and decided to go low-carb as well, being as excess carbs and lack of exercise was the main reason I got too damn fat in the first place. That diet combined with walking and light cardio stripped about 25 lbs off my frame and considerably decreased my belly bulge. But I still had a small layer of stubborn fat that just wouldn't budge. So instead of waiting around forever trying to start lifting, I just went ahead and started the same routine I planned to use for my bulk. But I continued to eat in a deficit. After a couple of weeks, I can already tell a difference. For whatever reason, it seems that the more intense weight lifting routine is doing a much better job of eliminating the remaining fat than the longer duration but less intense cardio I was doing. I just wish I had known that all along. I'd probably have been a month farther ahead than where I am now in my progress. Eating in a slight deficit (couple hundred calories) and lifting heavy weights seems to work wonders in making fat disappear, even stubborn fat. But I wouldn't suggest that anyone should do that without keeping their protein intake and BCAA intake on the higher side. Otherwise, that intense activity will eat up muscle along with fat.

Good nutrition and interval cardio. How I made weight every year w/o ever taking a fat burner.

But like others have said..#1 diet....is the key and some supplements may help along the way provided, again, that your diet is in check.
What actions did you take to lose the belly fat as I've done all of the above and continue with #1 diet. I've not been able to get rid of this last inch of belly fat. Any advice? Thank you.

    This thread is from 2013

But there is not much that will help if your diet is not in check. Perhaps some things will have a slight appetite suppressive effect but I could not in good conscience recommend anything. Do you like coffee?

That post is like 8 years old.

Restrict calories. Lose 1-2 lbs of bodyweight on average per week.
We will never know if we overreacted and did too much. We most certainly will know if we did too little.
