Curious as to what you expect to gain by decreasing the amount of air you can take in during training.
Is your hematocrit low?
Science seems to prove that these devices do not increase hematocrit levels.
Pro cyclists do the opposite, sleep high (tents) and train low.▪█─────█▪ Equipment Crew #53 ▪█─────█▪

These devices just dont seem to go away, but I want to know if anyone has had first hand experience.
I'm familiar with the altitude training and these devices have been poorly sold/marketed as altitude training devices, when in reality they could only build diaphragm strength (as I understand it).fui quod es, eris quod sum

Never used one but Bas Rutten says it's not really meant to simulate high altitude training but it does strengthen your lungs. Bas is one of the best trainers & MMA coaches around so I would take his word that it works.

If ya gotta ask........
tree-fiddy.
(And after further review.....do you really want to lift another dude's shake weight?) <-I don't even know what that means, but without capital letters, marketing pictures, and trademarks.....the possibilities of what ".....Tate's shake weight..." is are too disturbing.
......and bench905..... you must be a funny guy, I tried to rep you, but I already have and didn't remember it!▪█─────█▪ Equipment Crew #4 ▪█─────█▪

Geographic Information systems.
I have some idea that this is a catch phrase meant to encompass a lot of different "things".....mostly meaning how information can be gathered, stored, analyzed, and regurgitated in order to make decisions.
After deducing that on wiki.....the whole thing became a lot of "TLDR" and I decided that my life wasn't going to be made much better by completely understanding the concept.
So I scratched myself, took a piss, and contemplated getting a beer before I went about the rest of my day.▪█─────█▪ Equipment Crew #4 ▪█─────█▪
