I'm talking like a big chilli which I could stick into tubs and take to work, tuna pasta etc. just something I can make loads of at once time in a pan then just stick it into storeable tubs which I can take to work.

cooking pasta and then throwing in canned tuna is the easiest solution.
cooked chicken breast usually has a lifetime of 4 days in the fridge ( some say longer, but I wouldn't risk it ) which you can mix with rice.
oven baked potatoes can also be made in large quantities with easy.
You probably already knew this, you have to be creative meh.
