    How to even out abs?

When I flex my abs its obvious that the right column of abs is a little higher than the left. What can I do to get them to even out?

The lines that separate the rectus abdominis are called tendinous inscriptions. Their placement is genetically determined. You can't move them.

genetics might play the culprit but i dont see why you wouldnt benefit from leg raises with weights and work that **** a little harder and just try isolating your left side...

but if the left side of your abs is already caught up to the right side in terms of strength and development then youre screwed..
