    i considered my self strong after i could rep 200kg + for sets.

    however my mate who is 5'4 at 58kg could deadlift 150kg which is pretty impressive for bw.

    so maybe a general rule of 2.5 x your bw is really strong
    Lifts at 101 KG BW
    Squat- 190 KG in comp
    Bench- 125 KG in comp, 135kg unofficial
    Deadlift 230 KG in comp

In all fairness though, the first time I ever did deadlifts I was either 17 or 18 and I managed to deadlift 365 lbs, but I was already lifting weights since I was 15 though, nevertheless I was maybe at the most 135 lbs, 5'7'', I was a crazy kid though, I would always push myself to the limit. I remember seeing this dude who was about 6'3'' 260 lbs chubby guy, about 23 yrs old, the first time he ever tried the deadlift he went all the way up to 365 lbs
