    Intermittent Fasting Routine

    Hey guys,

    I've never posted but i've been a long time reader and I've applied a lot of what i've read in my training.

    Recently been looking at incoporating IF into my routine and was wondering if the following sounds about right? I train during lunch at 1pm and after work at 5pm.

    12.30-12:55 AM- 10 g BCAA & PRE
    1-2PM: Training
    1 PM: Post-workout meal
    3 PM: 10g BCAA
    4:30-4:55PM: 10g BCAA & PRE
    5PM: Training
    7PM: Post-workout meal (largest meal of the day).
    9 PM: Last small meal before the fast. (Maybe slow burn protein?).

    Any thoughts/opinions?

    what's with all the BCAAs?

    you've just eaten food and then consuming BCAAs? Doesn't your food contain protein?

    Ha, yeah I think i've screwed up a bit there. I just don't know how to go about it really, most of what i've read about IF is based upon once a day training.

    I've also read conflicting methods on pre-workout meals, some do it (leangains.com for example) and others state that results are better without it.

    If I do that, then the only thing I see as different from a regular eating routine that just misses out on breakfast?

    Why do you train 2x a day? Are you an athlete or doing lifting and cardio separately?

    and if you want to fast, why in the fuk are you taking bcaas in the morning?
