How so? From the standpoint of bone structure, skin tone, build, hairline and hair density, facial appearance, her teeth, there's almost nothing structurally wrong with her. You know how many twenty-something girls have acne? Quite a lot. Look at her skin in the makeup-free pics. She's got very clear skin. That's a sign of good genetics, as is her curvy build.

Genetically, she's not an ugly girl. She's not malformed or anything. She's a healthy, robust female capable of producing healthy, strong kids, no doubt. The worst thing that I can say about her, structurally, is that she's a bit small-skulled, brachycephalic. But then, so are many, many other girls considered "hot" by the mainstream: Mila Kunis, Britney Spears, Miley Cyrus, Kate Upton, etc...
That comes down to ethnicity more than anything else. CM doesn't have a nordic skull shape. But neither does 90% of the world's population.
