I know this is a max attempt, so form is bound to break a bit, but be sure to keep your butt on the bench next time. A natural arch and leg drive is good, but lifting your butt like that is a good way to injure yourself.
Otherwise, great job. Good bench for your weight. Keep it up.315b/405s/500d @ 168 bw (July-August 2013)
Goal by the end of the year: 335b/455s/525d @ 175 or below
