Phil by himself might look great but as soon as Kai steps near him... Looks like a second tier bodybuilder. The size difference is so noticeable.

i've always been told to not lean too much in the BDB cause you'll put your whole back in shadow... with this type of lighting phil shouldn't hang into it like valentino rossi



the difference in pelvis positioning between him and kai is just completely different

Phil Heath - Confident walk to the stage. Dennis has him on size. Kai has him on width & condition from the back. But no one is as head to toe complete as him. He's not missing thing or better from one side or the other. He's just good all over.

"They" aren't a clearly defined group you are exposing hypocrisy or inconsistency with any clarity and "it" isn't about one thing.

Kai covered the margin of conditioning that Phil had over him at the Olympia by a ton and is just so thick.

I had Phil ahead at the Olympia with a well deserved first, but I have to give it to Kai here. He's got a totally different look to his physique. Very 2011 NYP-esque.

He's close to complete, but he lacks trap development.

My big worry for this show is that his waist is out of control again in the video and he seems to have flattened out in the upper body. (Chest, delts), like the O finals in 2012 - very noticeable in the comparisons of side tricep and side chest with Phil, relative to the Olympia. Kai is definitely better in the BDB at this show though. His conditioning is improved too but them, right now, are the tradeoffs.
