Hey Big Jay!
Saw the Olympia for my first time this year and wasn't disappointed. Hoped you would place top 3, or even take it, but alas. Great showing anyways (especially for us "time challenged" guys)!
I had high hopes for Kai but, and I am a newbie at judging, when I saw Phil in Pre...I called it like I saw it i.e. over.
How did you feel about the placings and what's up with Sheru??PROPTA Certified & IFBB Recognized

First thanks for taking the time to be here with us.
Question:
How do you suggest I get my calories and eat clean while in an environment like Afghanistan? I have access to as many weights or just things to lift..bu twe have to eat whatever is served. I find myself on eating Salad and a meat for protein.
