Generally females have different chemistry than males, more copper, less zinc, more estrogen so naturally stress levels will be very high. One of the things I do to deal with stress is not talk. This really helps. That and playing chess games in between really heavy sets of weights. When you start talking about problems you dont find solutions. And this makes everything awful.

I get extremely OCD in cleaning and organizing.
And I like to be left alone or ppl are liable to draw back a bloody stumpI have no idea what I'm doing, I just fkking do it.
If it's hard that just means you need to do it more until it isn't.

A lot of how I manage stress has been mentioned, BUT if it's really bad and I'm starting to get depressed I read some Camus and start thinking about dead friends family members. I know this SOUNDS all sorts of the wrong thing to do, but it works for me. I start thinking about some of the things I wish I had done (one in particular being to actually see a friend of mine IRL prior to him committing suicide) and then try to plan to do things that I can still so. I end up realizing that I do very much want to remain alive (and that I have a lot I still want to do!) and that whatever it was that was stressing me out was simply my Sysiphus-style bolder.
This universe is an uncaring and amoral place. It owes you nothing and you owe it nothing. If you can wrest happiness from it, at any point, then cherish it. Revel in that happiness.

poetry? serious? mmmmmmmm
if I wrote a poem it would probably be something like
pay the bills send them out
rant and rave and scream and shout
cook the food and make the beds
get up woman you aint dead
clean the house dust and mop
try real hard not to blow your top
squint at the sun and curse the rain
shoulder the load and deal with the pain
take on the hardship the boredom, the dread and strife
then scream out loud "my cock suc*n mutha f*kin so called life
