    my progress thus far

    hello im going to keep this somewhat brief.

    My names Vinny I started lifting about 9 months ago, a skinny 140lbs. In 2 months i went from 140-175 xD... Yeah dont even ask how im not sure. It was a fat 175 so ever since then i've been building my physique and tweaking everything and just finding out whats right for me. So I'm currently ~160lbs and I just wanted to see what you guys think of my progress! Cheers guys.

    first picture on the left is my beginning, second is not too far into my bulk.
    second picture is after my bulk, a fat 175 xD
    Third is after a month of cutting @ 159 Body weight
    Fourth is my current ~160 about to go back on a bulk

    edit: some current PRs - Bench:185 Squat:275 Deadlift: 350 (:O) OHP: 135

    I'm seeing some progress, but not enough for 9 months. Keep eating and lifting. Hit the weights harder and eat more.
    1RM: Bench 225 / Squat 250 / Dead 405

    Yes, I train legs, and yes I know my squat is bad; Recovering from knee surgery.

    I honestly didn't think you're 175 lb body was fat lol.
    Short-Term Running Goals:

    800 - 2:22
    1600 - 5:10
    3200 - 11:15

    Goal Weight: Whatever works for me.

    Lifts:

    Bench: 140 x 4 + 135 x 5 x 4 (Goal: 145 x 4)
    Squat: 185 x 4 + 180 x 5 x 4 (Finally gaining strength back) (Goal: 200 x 3)
    Deadlift: Lol (Goal: Rofl)
