    Recomp Stack with Anabeta Elite, BioForge, and Burn24?

    Hello all,

    I'm a frequent lurker and I've decided to start posting. I have 3 bottles of each onhand and I was wondering how I should run them? Currently at 190lbs, 5'10", and around 20% BF, and I'm looking to lean down a bit but keep my strength progress continuing.

    Other supplements include Controlled Labs OxiOmega, Controlled Labs Orange Triad, Trutein, Allmax Creatine, and ErgoPump. I would really appreciate any advice on how I should run the three bottles of Anabeta Elite, BioForge and Burn 24. Thanks!

    1) at that high of a bf I would not reccomend recomping, you should just diet for a while. You can still cut and continue to gain strength

    since you have 3 bottles of each dose like this

    start with 6 pills total for anabeta split 2/2 or 1/1/1/1 or w.e. with meals (one dose pre workout if you have a pre workout meal, take like 30 mins before lifting. taking it on an empty stomach might make you a bit nauseous) if you feel ok with 4 pills bump up to 6 after a week or so and do 2/2/2

    for bioforge which version is it?

    burn 24 take 2 pills before your meals 3 times daily and when you start doing refeeds do 4 pills before the biggest carb meal or bump dosage to 8 pills. another dosing you could do is 3/3 but just play around with it.

    What BF% do you suggest I go down to until starting my recomp? Additionally, should I start with Anabeta, Burn24 and BioForge right away on my cut??

    20% body fat IMO isn't that awfully high to start a recomp run.
    You may want to use BioForge for 9-12 weeks, take a 4 weeks break then run AnaBeta for further 9-12 weeks.
    I'd use Burn24 the whole time.

    Great stack, I'd consider throwing in some arachidonic acid (X-Factor) to help assist in holding on to lean mass while you drop your calories.

    This is how I'd go about it OP.

    Burn before 3 meals a day. Bioforge 3-4 caps upon waking when running that. ABE 2 pre/ 2 post on workout days and spread out on off days as suggested above.

    I think in your case your diet is going to be everything. I know in my case I depend heavily on my diet and always make sure I count my calories. I also use my fitness pal to track everything. Have you ever used that app?

    Thank you to everyone who contributed to the thread! I've been tracking my calories through fitnesspal thusfar. In regards to X-Factor, I only have access to regular X-Factor and note the X-Factor Advanced, will that be alright?
