Leaning towards Jay but unsure. Jay wasn't a million miles off that in 2010 and Phil was close then.
And although he's better conditioned/matured muscle in 2009, Jay's physique was far more complete and proportionate circa 2003. He looked much better in some poses back then - front lat spread for example - but 2009's front relaxed and quad stomp are just frightening.Feathered Nether Regions

2013 is not even Phil's best year... Jay would make him look like a 2nd string competitor. Jay's the winner no doubt about that.

Hard to decide. I like 2011 Phil more than 2013 Phil. As far as Jay is concerned his 2009 condition gets talked about so much cause he looked so bad in 07 and 08. His 2005 Olympia showing was great too.
Gotta go with 2013 Phil cause I think 09 Cutler was more about looking great after 2 years of being off.

Put your bias for Phil's pleasing look to one side, use your mind andd you'll see Jay is nuch bigger, in shape and fully developed. Jay would win.
