EHH i've been cutting back and forth for quite a bit of time and i started out with some pretty crappy macros to begin with when i was talking to my coach. always had decent size but failed cuts over and over and over doing it on the cardio so early on in my cuts really killed me.
i think he just wants to keep my sanity as i cut but honestly it's not that bad to me. macros right now are 200g protein 175 carbs and 50 fatz

Updating again, lawd just wanted to show this comparison from when i was first talking to my coach
checking in with the coach today going to see what he says. would and can only assume he is saying that the cut is going well and i think or am not sure if he wanted to ride out these macros for one more week and try to do a little fixing with metabolic rate (aka almost seems like a reverse diet for a couple weeks and cut again. doesn't matter though im down to take however long and whatever advice he has)
show dates would be a warm up show in august and the money maker in sept

update on my prep is now we're going into "increasing metabolic capacity" lowered cals down to 1500 a week (lawd was doing 2250 for 2 weeks) well was 2250 then 2250 then 2000 now 1500 so im loving life right now. So macros before were...
175 carb
200 protein
50 fat
2250 calories for cardio
now it's
225 carb
200 protein
55 fat
1500 for cardio
So it's about a 50g increase in carbs and 5g increase in fats... tracking everything for today felt weird because I was like dafuq do i fill my carbs with. but we on dat der 90g of cereal time pre workout fuarrrrrr

dunno if i ever wrote or updated here about coach lowering my calories for cardio down to 1250 (a huge break i really needed) and raised up my carbs to 250 (a huge difference surprisingly) and fat by (5) haven't noticed much from that but could be some sort of significance
anyways here are updated shots from yesterday
