This is the official log for fireman_mike and I (ptbrah)
Him and I met up with a fellow miscer fon7ana and after talking a bit we decided that we both would have this log to hold ourselves accountable for our prep/journey to our first contest this coming year, 2014!
We have started as fat kents and still are fat kents but that will change soon as we make our aesthetic journeys of peace and prosperity to dat der stage in 2014.
We both currently are being coached but for Mike, I will not say who his coach is unless he would like to disclose that with you all
My coach will be Chris Jantz with Triad Bodybuilding. I just got all my first log with him so the first month will pretty much be him evaluating my body and how it works. Interdasted in seeing what he has to tell me. *Most likely how phucking terrible my body reacts to carbs aka 10 lb gain in a couple days of eating over even though it's mostly water weight*
So today actually marks the first day I will be officially being coached under coach Jantz
Also I have not officially selected a show/date to enter, I was going to see if Mike would be interested in competing in the same show as me to up that Misc/SCC presence lel.
Again this has been a dream of mine ever since I got really into bodybuilding... Time to really chase and grasp that dream

Also I am going to need to find a better place to take progress pics for my coach... The lighting in that place sucks. The one in my other side chest is good but I might not be working at my job any longer and won't have access to that lighting :P

well. i'm now here near as lean as petey. and in fact still pretty fat, by regular standards not even misc/bodybuilding standards. I started at 254lbs and i'm down to 219ish. coach says stage weight should be around 175-185 depending on how i look when i get leaner. spent about 2 years worrying about strength and being a powerlifter and now that i already lost 30lbs and the 40 more pounds to lose and still fat. feelsbadman look forward to being lean next year though to compete against my homeboy petey
from 232-219/220
these are around 219-220ish i think
so you know how skinny i used to be and i felt the need to get "as big as possible" and didn't notice how fat i got lol oh well.

Chris better get working on getting the metabolism fired up because with those poverty macros there won't be much to cut from. Lowest my macros ever went (and this is LOW for most) was 30/150/220. Huehuehue weigh in today had me down 3 lbs from yesterday. Dat der water/carb bloat is going down fasho brahs
morning weight today was: 183.4 from 186.1 yesterday
