    bulking supplements

    so im just 4 weeks away from bulking for the first time im going on an 8 month bulk and ive been reading but get mixed answers on some supps so if you would please help me out if im good or not

    Whey protein
    creatine monohydrate/creapure
    bcaa's or xtend( confused on which is better)
    citrulline malate
    multi v's
    fish oil
    bio-gro

    Inner Armour Mass Peak is a really good mass gainer if you're trying to bulk you may want to look into that. You could probably get away without the citrulline or the bio-gro honestly.

    seriously though, you should be able to get 99% from food, supps are more for when cutting in my opinion, eat a lot of carbs, high protein, get your fat from food and throw in a couple fish oil a day.

    So I am planning on starting my first cycle here very soon. I have all the products and I want to post my cycle and hear some advice, adjustments, recommendations etc. please. Any suggestions would be helpful. I am 23 5"11 162 at 8% bf. I have been training natural for about 7 years and made some very reasonable gains, but I want to take it to the next level.

    Week Dbol (oral): test ethanate(i.m) Nolva(liquid) Aromadex
    1 10mg first 3 days then 20mg/ed 250mg/week 25mg/ed
    2 20mg/ed 500mg/week 25mg/ed
    3 30mg/ed 500mg/week 25mg/ed

    6 500mg/week 50mg/ed 25mg/ed

    I am taking Nolva all the way through because I am prone to gyno (I had it going through puberty, had surgery for it already, not due to gear). I didn't post liver protection, fish oil etc on here so just keep that in mind.

    Luke112 is right, keep it simple, Mass gainer, creatine and food.
    For health reasons use the fish oil, multi etc.

    Incorporate some Sizeon for intra-workout about a third of the way into your cycle to help imrpove gains and keep what you already started to build. About a month later you will be very happy you did, product does what the name says helps you "put and keep size on."

    Other than protein, creatine and arachidonic acid (X-Factor) really no need for any other supps other than a well rounded diet, little else supplement wise is scientifically valid for muscle gain.
