Nerdy manmore-There is some awkward skinny kunt who is like 6'5" who comes in every couple days to do cheat curls and use the ab machine.inb4 he is a miscer

Old woman who dresses 30 years younger-I see this old woman sometimes who always workout in a tight jumpsuit.I often see her benching 25 pound dumbbells.


Obese older "personal trainer":Gives unsolicited advice and tells you about her children.She yelled at me for going ATG while squatting but i just ignored her(srs)

Oh god, the hat thing. There's a guy at the gym where I lift during the summer that wears a flat bill EVERYDAY. He's pretty jacked, so no hate on that, but his hat makes him look like a total kunt. He also works at GNC, which by default makes me hate him even more.

The gorilla man - This one guy at my gym that's about 6'1 and weighs around 250lbs 15% bf. Usually uses plate loaded machines and the smith machine with chitloads of weight and reps everything out easy. The one time i saw this guy actually do a true benchpress he repped 4 plates for reps wtf man.

The chill islanders - A group of south pacific islanders that always come in at peak time and do nothing but 5/3/1 + accesories and are massive. They're always really nice and humble and rock cons with a singlet every single time they train.

The aesthetic juicer - There's a 6'3 guy at my gym that's been training for like 6 years and is open about his creatine use, but looks like a god year round. Never goes above 10% and is as wide as a jumbo jet.

The personal trainers - None of them lift, they're all *******s, i hate them

It's some Asain Manlet who has a fanny pack on and spandex shorts and zyzz haircut . He's barely muscular and thinks he's the chit . I hope he makes it , but all he really does is a few sets and the n just shadow boxes and flexes .

There's a bunch of guys at my gym that got zyzz tanks and misc lingo wear , but they bro lift and spent to much time bull****tin and talking . I don't even bother letting them know I'm aware , gym is my time to relieve stress and lift only .

1st Guy - probably like 6'0 185lbs, shredded. literally takes his shirt off to look at himself in the mirror every day. Cool guy though.

2nd guy - Wears a bodybuilding.com singlet. I asked him if he was a miscer but hes not aware. 5'9 165lbs, shredded. Yells and grunts every damn set.

3rd guy - 5'9 140lb skinny fat. Takes 20 mins to load up deadlift bar while on his phone, does 1 rep and leaves.
