    435x3 squat and 550x3 deadlift at 183

Thought I was gonna fail the last rep of the squat.

Nice lifting dude. You ever thought about trying a lower bar position on squats? Seems like it would benefit you.

I used to squat low bar, actually. My best was 410 at 169. I switched to high bar because I thought it'd be good for me to change it up (Had no plans of competing, just a general strength athlete), and then I fell in love with it. I just love the bounce out of the hole. I tried low bar again last Monday, but it felt so strange...and weak. Maybe I just need some more getting used to it. Or maybe I need a video tutorial reminding me how to properly perform the movement. With my deadlift as high as it is, I imagine I'd be able to squeeze out way more with a low bar stance.
