Thanks man. Went from 275 to 210 now up to around 250. Ordered some new hockey gear because my rewards were about to expire so going to get back in that. Deleted my old fat photos, put new ones up and gonna start waking up at 5AM to hit the gym before work. Since I cut out the Red Stag so much more energy in morning. Who knew, right?

Just focus on that diet first and foremost. I lost 30 lbs in 8 months by slightly changing my diet. Never ran or stepped foot in the gym.
