Looking to drop bf from about 25% to 15%. Gonna be working out and eating clean. The question is if i'm looking to loose fat and gain a bit of lean muscle, do I incorporate a cheat meal into my diet or just leave it out??
Any advice appreciated.
Thanks

Figure out your TDEE and macro requirements, the stickies can help you do this. Pick a goal... cut or bulk... if you are new to this, by focusing on one you MIGHT do both for a short period of time, but mostly focus on one or the other.
Once you have your calorie goal figured out.... if your cheat meal fits in your macros... its not a cheat at all...

Why is it cheating?
Did you originally plan to eat something else but change your mind at the last second? Lie to your original meal and say you weren't hungry, but in reality you're hiding in a corner eating some pizza?
