    Cheat meal...... or no?

    Looking to drop bf from about 25% to 15%. Gonna be working out and eating clean. The question is if i'm looking to loose fat and gain a bit of lean muscle, do I incorporate a cheat meal into my diet or just leave it out??

    Any advice appreciated.

    You can eat any meal, just incorporate it into your daily caloric and macro goals.

    Just starting out and looking to cheat?

    Find you daily calorie and macro goals, then stick to it. It doesn't matter how you get there. If it feels better to call one of the meals a "cheat meal" then go for it.

    Figure out your TDEE and macro requirements, the stickies can help you do this. Pick a goal... cut or bulk... if you are new to this, by focusing on one you MIGHT do both for a short period of time, but mostly focus on one or the other.

    Once you have your calorie goal figured out.... if your cheat meal fits in your macros... its not a cheat at all...

    it doecnt matter where you get your calories, as long as its a Caloric Deficit. for example a 500 calories from junk food equel 500 calories from other food source. agreed with all replys above.

    haha, I didn't mean it to sound that bad. The reason I asked is because I've seen stuff that recommends cheat meals to keep your body guessing and increase gains/losses.

    I have no problem not having a cheat meal, was just asking some advice.

    Ok guise, sorry for not been clear.

    So from what you are saying I am ok to eat pretty much whatever as long as it fits in with my calorie deficit. So I guess the question I asked (but phucked it up) has been answered.
