hi guys,
currently, I've been training with 10kg dumbell( i have single one),
I do squats with the dumbell 5X20,
and deadlifts 5X20, also,
I train every other day.

what would you recommend, I think I need to add more weight to progress further.
any idea will be appreciated!

If you're not pushing your muscles to failure within 15 (preferably less than 12 for good growth) reps, then you need to go higher. You need heavy weights to break down the tissue so it can repair,and grow. If your muscles aren't challenged, they won't change.

that's what I think too.
I need to head to the gym cause 10kg dumbell is the heaviest thing I have at home( besides my kids ) where I currently work out.

I think that going to the gym and always following through with your routines and staying dedicated is a great thing for women. I admire everyone who posted itt
