It is kinda hard for me to get a booty pic that I fell comfortable posting.
I want it to look like a progress pic, not the sexy one, haha
Anyways...
I have been doing a lot of hip thrust last 3 months. Got to see some result

Alright.... due to family chaos I had to put my weight lifting on pause last March (2016) but started back at it this past March, mainly was focusing on my upper body but realized that my running was suffering from weak quads and hammies so I decided to start adding legs and glute workouts just over two weeks ago.
I took these pics on June 1st, it ain't much but I hope after a couple more weeks there will be some noticeable improvements.Other profiles

I started lifting weights 4 days a week about 12 weeks ago. Here is overall leg/butt progress.
